Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer (Part Time Unarmed Patrol) in Norman, OK. You will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, deter incidents, and assist tenants, visitors, and staff with professional service.

The role offers a flexible part-time schedule, weekly pay, and pay rate of $17.50 per hour. Responsibilities include responding to incidents, reporting, and maintaining logs with a focus on safety and customer care.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with laws.
• A drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random foot and vehicle patrols of interiors, parking areas, entry points, and surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access points, observe visitor activity, and report suspicious conditions and policy violations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, process-driven manner and document observations.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports while communicating with property management and leadership.
