Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to members, visitors, tenants and staff by following procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols and monitor areas to report hazards.
• Monitor access points and direct visitors as needed.
• Prepare reports and communicate observations to site leadership.
