Qualifications

• U.S. citizen is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
• Current security clearance (Secret or higher) preferred.
• Pass criminal, credit and driving records checks.
• Pass an employment physical.
• Ability to prepare detailed written reports and fill out forms.
• Write and speak clearly and effectively in English.
• Fully computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Lieutenant or Sergeant.
• Patrol Buyer’s facilities and report all security or safety deficiencies.
• Conduct timed patrol tours and special signoffs as directed.
• Respond to the scene of crimes and emergencies to assist, observe, report, and contain.
• Enforce Buyer’s access and property control policies at all gates and lobbies.
• Subject to frequent interruptions.
• May be required to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.
• Stand/walk/sit for prolonged periods; climb 8+ flights of stairs.
