Qualifications

• CPR certification preferred.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and report unusual activity or access concerns in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly notifying appropriate personnel and documenting activities as required.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Maintain detailed activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation while representing Allied Universal professionally.
