Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors and employees per site policies and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility to deter incidents and report issues.
• Monitor access and verify visitor/contractor authorization per site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms and emergencies and notify appropriate personnel.
• Report maintenance concerns and security issues observed during patrols.
