Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and guests while following site-specific security procedures and emergency protocols.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner and notify the appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, entrances, and surrounding perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management and access-control procedures as required.
