Qualifications

• Guard Card/License preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required under federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors per site policies and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and perimeter to deter incidents.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, contractors, delivery personnel, and visitors.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and document observations for leadership and site management.
