Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• A background check will be conducted as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and policy adherence.
• Respond to incidents and concerns in a calm, professional manner following reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols of guest areas, parking, building exteriors and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting unusual conditions or maintenance concerns.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports and shift communications per site requirements.
