Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents and guest concerns in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of hotel and resort areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report hazards or maintenance concerns.
• Document incidents and patrol activities and communicate information to supervisors.
