You’ll perform regular patrols, manage access points, respond to incidents, write clear reports, and coordinate with site leadership to maintain a secure, welcoming environment. The role emphasizes reliability, professionalism, and teamwork within a dynamic technology-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Subject to background investigation per laws.
• Background histories considered per law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, common spaces, and exterior perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with credentialing and sign-in procedures.
• Document observations and incidents in reports and communicate with site leadership.
