Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Communications in Whitsett, NC. You will provide customer service, perform routine patrols, monitor access, and document activities to keep sites safe and welcoming.

This role emphasizes clear communication, professional demeanor, and adherence to site protocols. Candidates must meet minimum requirements and pass background checks and drug screening as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background checks conducted as required by law.
• Drug screen may be required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at a technology-focused location, following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, parking lots, and surrounding perimeter.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and other critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; document incidents and shift activities in reports.
• Communicate clearly with site personnel and follow client/site protocols.
