Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Patrol Driver Reporting in Newark, DE. The role offers flexible, fixed shifts with opportunities to pick up additional hours across sites.

Pay rate is $21.25 per hour. The position emphasizes customer service, security procedures, and safe incident response with potential progression toward full-time roles through our scheduling platform.

Competenze

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.

Mansioni

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and clients while following site policies and security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior/exterior areas and perimeter to identify suspicious activity.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor/contractor authorization, and maintain documentation.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly, escalating as needed to emergency responders.
• Report policy violations, hazards, and maintenance concerns following site procedures.
