Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed in Houston, TX. This flexible, dependable role provides reliable hours at an assigned site with opportunities to earn more by picking up additional shifts through our scheduling platform.

The position pays $11.50 per hour with a fixed anchor shift and the potential to grow toward a full-time schedule. Applicants should have at least 1 year of security experience, basic badge/access control familiarity, and be comfortable

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Background check required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct unarmed patrols of interiors, exteriors, parking, and access points.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and document activities.
• Monitor access and report maintenance or security concerns to management.
• Complete incident and patrol reports with professional post orders.
