Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by performing security procedures at a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents and access concerns professionally and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility and surrounding areas.
• Monitor access points and document visitor, delivery, and incident information.
• Communicate with employees, contractors, visitors, and site leadership.
