Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer – Part Time Enhanced in Waco, TX. This unarmed role offers flexible hours with fixed anchor shifts and opportunities to pick up extra shifts via the scheduling platform.

Pay is $17.84 per hour with a schedule of DayTime Wed 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM. This position supports tenants and visitors at a commercial real estate site and requires background checks and a drug screen where permitted by law.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or property personnel.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or property personnel at a commercial real estate site.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exteriors, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access and verify visitor/contractor authorization per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations.
• Prepare activity and incident reports for Allied Universal supervision.
