Qualifications

• Have at least one year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation and a drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner and notify relevant contacts or emergency personnel.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of facilities, offices, and surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials, and document visitor activity according to site procedures.
• Complete accurate logs, incident reports, and shift documentation; communicate information to leadership and site representatives.
