• Conduct regular patrols and monitor access points in alignment with procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff, and other stakeholders while carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures, policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following established reporting and escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned areas, building exteriors, entrances, common areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with location requirements, directing individuals to appropriate resources or personnel as needed.
• Document incidents, observations, and security‑related concerns accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
