Job summary

Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, seeks a Part-Time Unarmed Security Officer in Montgomery, AL. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, deter security incidents, and provide excellent customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of security-related experience.
Customer service experience is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Background check and drug screen required.
Age 18+ for unarmed roles (21+ for armed roles).
Licensing requirements may apply where required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff at a commercial real estate location.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior, exterior, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas.
Monitor access to the property, observe visitor activity, and report unusual conditions or policy violations.
Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and contact appropriate personnel or emergency services.
Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff communications.
