Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; report unauthorized access concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and document observations.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and communicate with site personnel and leadership.
