Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation will be conducted in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• A drug screen will be required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally, escalating as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including parking and restricted-access points.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials, and report unusual activity or policy violations.
• Complete patrol, incident, and shift reports with clear communication to leadership and site contacts.
