Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer (Unarmed Patrol) in Waynesboro, VA. The role covers monitoring, access control, and customer service at an aerospace/defense location. An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include an active DoD Secret Clearance and high school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and authorized contractors by carrying out site-specific security procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of assigned facilities and exterior areas to identify unusual activity and unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry according to site policies and visitor management procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations and report concerns to Allied Universal leadership.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation.
