Qualifications

• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and documentation.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of building interiors, exteriors, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; report suspicious activity and hazards to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain professional communication with management, tenants, and emergency responders; complete daily activity reports and incident documentation.
