Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology-focused location by following security procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular foot patrols and monitor buildings, grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to deter incidents.
• Verify credentials at access points and document visitor activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and notify appropriate contacts and responders.
• Prepare accurate reports and incident documentation with clear observations for leadership.
