Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• As a condition of employment, a background investigation will be conducted.
• A drug screen will be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and access-control concerns calmly; document observations and notify site contacts or leadership.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols across technology-focused facilities, offices, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and assist with visitor management and delivery procedures.
• Prepare detailed activity and incident reports and maintain professional communications during shifts.
