Allied Universal is seeking a part-time unarmed Security Guard in New York, NY to provide customer service, monitor access, and patrol assigned areas while deterring incidents. The role supports a government services location and requires professional interaction with visitors and staff.

You will work on a part-time schedule, with Wed and Thu 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM shifts, using the Claim a Shift platform to manage roles. A NY State Security Guard License and 1 year of security experience are needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff while following security procedures.

• Monitor access points, verify entry, and report issues per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents in a calm, professional manner and de-escalate where possible.
• Document observations and incidents and communicate to site leadership.
