Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entertainment venues, retail areas, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe activity to support a welcoming environment.
• Document incidents, observations, and policy violations and communicate to site management.
