• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of offices, common areas, parking areas, entry points, and the business perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and support visitor, contractor, and delivery procedures in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response activities and reporting requirements.
• Document patrols, observations, incidents, and security-related concerns accurately and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
