Responsibilities

Provide customer service to shoppers, store associates, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures.
Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter.
Observe and report unusual activity, policy violations, hazards, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel and leadership.
Assist with access control, visitor interactions, and security-related incident documentation.
