Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Security Officer (Unarmed Patrol Driver) in Saint Charles, MO. You will provide customer service, conduct patrols, monitor access points, and respond to incidents while adhering to site policies and safety guidelines.

The role requires a valid driver's license for driving positions, a high school diploma, and the ability to pass background checks and drug screening. This is a part-time, hourly position with flexible day schedules.

• Provide excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors.
• Demonstrate clear communication and professional conduct at all times.
• Perform regular and random patrols of office spaces and surrounding areas.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document observations thoroughly.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of office spaces, common areas, parking areas, loading zones, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping to maintain an orderly environment for personnel and guests.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Complete required reports, logs, and incident documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
