Qualifications

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and clients.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exteriors, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and delivery activity.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document observations as required.
• Complete activity reports, incident reports, and shift documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and clients.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and delivery activity.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting observations.
