Job summary

Allied Universal in Whittier, CA is seeking a part-time Security Guard Unarmed Mobile Patrol Driver. You will perform vehicle and foot patrols, provide friendly customer service to visitors, and deter security incidents while maintaining a visible presence at a memorial park location.

The role pays $22.03 per hour with daytime and weekend shifts. You will respond to incidents, document observations, and support site personnel with professionalism.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent; background check and drug screen as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, families, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations calmly and coordinate with site contacts and emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of grounds, buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to identify hazards or policy concerns.
• Direct visitors and vehicles during services and events, maintaining a respectful and professional presence.
• Document observations and patrol activity in accordance with procedures.
