Qualifications

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while following security procedures.
• Must have a valid drivers license for driving positions.
• Be at least 18 years old (21+ for armed roles) and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required; licensing as per state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare setting.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry points, verifying credentials as directed, and documenting visitors, deliveries, and unusual activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Prepare accurate reports of incidents, observations, and patrol activities, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
