Allied Universal in Columbia, MO is seeking a Security Officer Part Time Unarmed Patrol Driver. You will provide customer service to shoppers and staff, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible security presence to deter incidents.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.

• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to shoppers, visitors, and store associates by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents and concerns calmly and escalate according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of the retail location, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas for unusual activity and violations.
• Document observations and communicate findings to site management and leadership.
