Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors and vendors at a technology/media site.
• Respond to incidents and escalations per established procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility and surrounding areas.
• Monitor access points and support visitor management per site requirements.
• Prepare incident reports and communicate observations to leadership.
