Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required by Allied Universal driver policy.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check will be conducted per federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
• Monitor the location for unusual activity and report observations and maintenance concerns.
• Control access to designated areas and assist visitors, employees, and vendors.
