Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, patients, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures and access-control policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; report unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and medical emergencies in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Document patrols and security-related activities in required reports and logs.
