Qualifications

• Background check and drug screen as per policy and law

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, staff, visitors, vendors and contractors per site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms and access concerns, documenting observations per site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of campus buildings, parking areas, loading docks and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry to deter unauthorized access and theft.
• Observe and report hazards, traffic concerns and security issues with accurate incident reports.
