Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and following site protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Monitor access points and direct visitors per site procedures.
• Document incidents and patrol activities accurately and communicate information to appropriate personnel.
