EVEREVE is seeking a Part-Time Trendsend Stylist for an in-store role in Minneapolis. You will style Trendsend customers using our platform, curate look boxes, and provide warm, expert styling tips. You’ll review customer profiles, maintain high-quality presentation, and process returns with the Care Team as needed.

You will work to hit personal sales goals, keep box styling times efficient, and leverage the Trendsend resources for weekly best-sellers. Prior styling experience is preferred.

Formación

• This is an in-store position with no remote option.
• Preferably previous styling experience at EVEREVE or another box styling company.
• Passion for product and love of fashion and trend.
• Ability to shine while working independently and in a team environment.
• Strong instinct for reading people’s sense of style, fashion level, and wants.
• Open to growth and development, highly coachable.
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Act and lead through HEART values: Humility, Empathy, Authenticity, Relationships, Tenacity.
• Style Trendsend customers using our proprietary online styling platform.
• Utilize the Trendsend Resource Center for weekly best-sellers and theme boxes.
• Review customer profiles through the Trendsend stylist app.
• Curate 6–8 pieces into full looks matching body type, lifestyle, and requests.
• Write warm, authentic notes with styling tips and end uses.
• Oversee and inspect product quality.
• Process Trendsend returns and coordinate with Care Team as needed.
• Maintain time management to complete shifts within schedule.
• Achieve or exceed personal sales targets; track SPB goals.
• Maintain 2.2 items kept per box and manage packaging/shipping timing.
• Analyze customer profiles for new and repeat orders to ensure outfit consistency.
