Job summary

EVEREVE in Winter Park, FL is seeking a Part-Time Trendsend Stylist to deliver the EVEREVE experience in-store. You will style Trendsend boxes, curate outfits, and provide warm fashion guidance to our customers.

Role involves using our styling app, writing personal styling notes, ensuring quality, and meeting sales/box targets. Benefits include flexible scheduling and fashion discounts for associates.

Qualifications

• This is an in-store position with no remote option.
• Preferably previous styling experience at EVEREVE or another box styling company.
• Passion for product and love of fashion and trend.
• Ability to shine while working independently and in a team environment.
• Strong instinct for reading people’s sense of style, fashion level, and wants.
• Open to growth and development, highly coachable.
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Act and lead through HEART values.
• Style Trendsend customers using our proprietary styling platform.
• Utilize the Trendsend Resource Center for weekly best-sellers and themes.
• Review customer profiles through the Trendsend stylist app.
• Curate 6-8 pieces per box that fit body type, lifestyle and requests.
• Write warm, professional notes with styling tips and end uses.
• Oversee and inspect product quality.
• Process returns and coordinate with Care Team for routing.
• Manage time to complete work within shift.
• Achieve or exceed personal sales plan.
• Maintain Sales per Box targets (SPB) around 185.
• Keep 2.2 items per box on average.
• Style boxes for new and repeat Trendsend customers.
• Analyze customer profiles for consistency with past keeps.
