Job summary

EVEREVE is seeking a Part-Time Trendsend Stylist to deliver the EVEREVE experience in-store. You will style Trendsend boxes, curate looks tailored to each customer’s body type, lifestyle, and requests, and write warm notes with styling tips.

This in-store role has no remote option. You’ll work with the Trendsend app and StoreIQ-style communications, aiming to meet sales goals while maintaining high service standards and fashion enthusiasm.

Qualifications

• In-store Trendsend Stylist role, no remote work.
• Prefer previous styling experience at EVEREVE or similar.
• Passion for fashion and trend awareness.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong ability to read customers' style and preferences.
• Highly coachable with growth mindset.
• Proficient computer skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Style Trendsend customers using the Trendsend platform.
• Curate 6–8 pieces in fully styled looks aligned to customer profiles.
• Write authentic, warm notes with styling tips and end uses.
• Oversee and inspect product quality.
• Process Trendsend returns and coordinate with Care Team.
• Manage time to complete shifts within scheduled time.
• Achieve or exceed personal sales plan.
• Style boxes in 45 minutes (30 styling + 15 for shipping/returns).
• Analyze customer profiles for new and existing customers to ensure consistency with prior kept items.
• Review customer profiles in the Trendsend stylist app.
