Training is provided, no prior sales experience required, with uncapped commission potential and hourly pay. Ideal candidates are outgoing, motivated to exceed goals, and comfortable using MS Office and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; training provided.
• 1–3 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to travel 100% and work weekends/holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, engaging conversations with travelers and vacationing families.
• Promote exciting vacation experiences and preview tours.
• Book reservations and help guests get vacation-ready; manage guest information.
