Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. seeks an Agent, Vacation Sales Travel Team to engage travelers at events, attractions, and marketing locations, promoting vacation experiences and inviting guests to attend timeshare presentations.

The role is field-based, requiring frequent travel, with compensation of $15.00 hourly plus commission. Top performers earn $100K+ annually, and training is provided. Residency within 30 miles of Airport is preferred.

Qualifications

• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.
• 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred, not required. License eligibility in Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to purchase a mini vacation package that includes a timeshare presentation, in line with company policies.
• Attend training sessions and meetings, stay current on marketing materials, and regularly review performance goals.
