Job summary

Passport Health Colorado is seeking an experienced RN for travel medicine, a role centered on autonomy and one-on-one patient care rather than traditional hospital routines.

You will conduct in-depth travel health consultations, administer vaccines, and manage scheduling flexibility while earning about $53.00 per hour for 24 hours per week. Ideal candidates hold compact multistate RN licensure and 3+ years of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Compact (multistate) RN licensure accepted.
• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience.
• Comfortable working independently without backup in clinic.
• Strong patient communication and education skills.
• Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Meet).
• Current First Aid/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth travel health consultations and educate clients on destination-specific risks.
• Administer vaccines per standing orders and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Recommend and promote travel health products and medications as clinically appropriate.
• Manage clinic setup, inventory, and compliance with safety and documentation protocols.
• Support onsite corporate wellness or vaccine clinic events as needed.
• Complete ongoing travel medicine training and keep clinical knowledge current.
