Passport Health in Modesto, CA, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a part-time role in travel medicine. This isn’t a traditional nursing job: you’ll work with autonomy, seeing clients one-on-one and building a deep clinical expertise in vaccine-preventable diseases.

You’ll conduct travel health consultations, administer vaccines, manage inventory, and participate in on-site wellness events. A current RN license, compact license availability, 3+ years of nursing, and comfort working

Competenze

Active RN license in good standing.
Compact (multistate) RN licensure accepted.
3+ years of clinical nursing experience.
Ability to work independently with minimal backup.
Proficiency with Google Suite.
Current First Aid/CPR certification.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Mansioni

Conduct in-depth travel health consultations and educate clients on destination risks.
Administer vaccines per standing orders and monitor for adverse reactions.
Promote travel health products and medications when appropriate.
Manage clinic setup, inventory, and compliance with safety and documentation.
Support onsite corporate wellness or vaccine clinic events as needed.
Complete ongoing travel medicine training to keep clinical knowledge current.
