Passport Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for Albuquerque, NM, to join a travel medicine program. The role emphasizes autonomy, expert immunization skills, and one-on-one patient care, with part-time hours and potential for full-time work.

Starting compensation is $40.00/hr with 24 hours per week and a Saturday rotation requirement. Ideal candidates hold a multistate RN license and have 3+ years of nursing experience, plus strong patient education and communication

Qualifications

• RN licensure in multistate compact required.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Travel medicine background is a plus.
• Comfortable working independently without routine backup.
• Strong patient communication and education skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct travel health consultations and educate clients on destination-specific risks.
• Administer vaccines per standing orders and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Recommend travel health products and medications as appropriate.
• Manage clinic setup, inventory, and safety/documentation compliance.
• Support onsite corporate wellness or vaccine clinic events as needed.
• Complete ongoing travel medicine training.
