Qualifications

• Hold an active Wisconsin license or be eligible for Wisconsin licensure in an appropriate mental health discipline
• Be comfortable treating children, adolescents, and adults
• Maintain required professional credentials and continuing education
• Provide compassionate, individualized, evidence-informed care
• Demonstrate strong communication and documentation skills
• Maintain high standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and ethics
• Be comfortable practicing independently while collaborating with other providers when appropriate

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to children, adolescents, and adults within a collaborative practice
• Incorporate specialized approaches (e.g., EMDR, Brainspotting, trauma-focused, somatic, integrative) as appropriate
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation and participate in team coordination with medical and wellness providers
