Penn State University is looking for Customer Service Representatives to provide internal and external customer support across various university functions. This role includes greeting customers, troubleshooting issues, and facilitating customer experiences including ticketing and product sales.
Applicants should have strong communication skills and knowledge of university policies. The position works Monday through Friday for four hours daily between 10:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Customer Service Representatives provide internal and external customer support for University functions, events, and services including housing, dining, hospitality, transportation, facilities, athletics, agriculture, etc. Tasks require knowledge of University policies, procedures, practices, and protocols to troubleshoot issues, to provide timely resolutions and assistance, and to promote/market products, projects, programs, and services.
This is a Monday through Friday position working four hours per day between the hours of 10:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Employment with the University will require successful completion of background check(s) in accordance with University policies.
