Job summary

The New York City Department of Correction is seeking a PT Community Coordinator/Training Compliance Analyst to monitor and report mandated trainings across DOC policies and external oversight bodies. The role requires analyzing training completion data, identifying gaps, and supporting strategies to ensure timely compliance.

Work sites include the Correction Academy in Middle Village, HQ in East Elmhurst, and Riker’s Island GMDC Training Center, with a Monday–Friday schedule as noted.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college and two years of experience in community work or related duties.
• High school graduation or equivalent and six years of related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience with at least one year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Track, monitor, and report mandated trainings per DOC policies and external oversight bodies.
• Compile and analyze training completion data; identify gaps.
• Support development of training strategies and initiatives to ensure timely compliance.
