Job summary

Nicolet College is seeking part-time adjunct instructors for Traffic Safety programs. The pool supports General Traffic Safety, Group Dynamics, and Multiple Offender courses, with hours typically 3–6 per week at Rhinelander and Minocqua locations.

Instructors are hired per course basis and may teach day or evening sessions. Primary duties include delivering state-approved curriculum, maintaining records, and fostering professional relationships with partners.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid motor vehicle operator's license and a satisfactory driving record.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and positive interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in educating adult learners.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver instruction for assigned Traffic Safety courses using Wisconsin DOT-approved curriculum.
• Courses may be offered day and/or evening; part-time schedule varies by needs and location.
• Ensure use of current curriculum and instructional materials; maintain attendance and grade records.
